Been going here for quite awhile now and have enjoyed it. The machines are kept well and the range of new cardio machine's are great. I tend to train during the day so its not too busy. I 10/10 love this gym. It's small but has everything you need, is really affordable and has friendly staff who take interest in your journey and support your needs. I love the range of classes and enjoy being a part of the community. Great mix of both men and women within the classes and on the gym floor, and people of all ages makes it a really comfortable place to workout. I was never a 'gym' person before I joined MBHC, but 2 years in and I'm absolutely loving it!
I tried a few clubs before joining this one. MBHC has a friendly atmosphere, a fresh interior, and great equipment which has always been in good condition when I've used it unlike some of the other clubs! I love the rooftop and beachfront classes so attend more than I ever have before. I also took-up the offer of a free PT session and subsequently signed up for the weekly package. During these I have received advice which has genuinely improved my weight training. 5/5!
Been going for a few years now and really love MBHC. Fantastic staff, really friendly, clean facilities, top quality machines and gear, a lot of variety of group classes and conveniently located in Manly centre. Highly recommend!
I’ve used this gym in the past before lockdowns but after couple of tries of rejoining them, they really put me off by their attitude and arrogance which was not very welcoming. Also the 2 months lock in time is the minimum you can get, no trials or one time tickets. Never returning this place again. They def have lost another local customer.
I have just joined Manly Bach Health Club and I am really enjoying my work out sessions in a fantastic location, so I thought I would write a recommendation! The classes are great and although challenging they are really rewarding and enjoyable too. I go with a group of friends and colleagues who are all at different fitness levels but the trainers ensure we all get exactly what we want out of the class without being over or under worked. I find working out by the beach incredibly motivating and a great excuse to get out of the office at lunch for one of the lunchtime classes. The Gym is also well equipped and great for when the weather isn’t cooperating with your plans! As I can go to the gym any time of the day, it is perfect to fit in around my busy schedule. The staff are always helpful and really push me to achieve my goals which is exactly what I need to get me motivated and coming back for more. I personally recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness whatever level they are and think you won’t find a better location!
One of the best gyms around! Legendary trainers with vast amount of knowledge! The variety of classes spanning from yoga-boxing-Pilates-Bar-circuit and bootcamps are all included in the low gym fee and I don’t think anyone else is offered such variety and a nice gym with such a good price
I have been going to this local gym for 5-6 months now, with cheap prices and a large number of classes and bootcamps. The PT sessions are great way to get stuck in and every booking can be done on your app. You wont find a sauna like high-end gyms but ticks all my boxes for a work out. Monday and Sat mornings and mid-week evenings super busy so watch out :
After trying 7 day free pass, I bought 1 year membership. The membership fees are comparable to the other gym in Manly and MBHC offers more group classes including Saturday.
This gym is in a very central location in Manly, just back from the beach. They are open 24 hours a day which is great for shift workers and if you want to go outside of peak hours. They offer a good variety of classes outside of the gym too, to enjoy the great outdoors. Friendly staff too.
