Beautiful boardwalk through the mangroves with your dog on leash. Great for a dog walk after they’ve released some energy in the nearby off leash dog park, and the path is very level and suitable for strollers too. Plenty of birdlife to see on the route, including life amongst the mud flats area. Several information boards on the walk, which takes around 30 minutes at a leisurely pace.
Absolutely LOVE this walk! It’s on our favourites list as of today and we will definitely be back. We walked up to the bird hide from the boardwalk with a toddler and it wasn’t too much. We saw so many different birds, insects, crabs and native plants and flowers. It was quiet too, barely passed anyone.
Beautiful board walk that borders the mangroves and the beach. You wouldn't think it being mangroves, the walk over the thick mangroves is great and a very nice way to explore them without getting dirty. When you get to the outlook where the mangroves meet the ocean, it'll be worth the drive. Well Maintained Drinking Facilities and Pet Fountain Toilets Adequate Signage Dog Park nearby Lots of parking on either side

Well facilitate board walk. The view is beautiful and it's not so busy in Sunday afternoon. Suitable for family and kids. Large and small dog off leash area also available. ============= Still a beautiful and amazing place for bird watching. Enjoy the walk and the lovely breathe.

I loved this place. It is such a unique experience walking through the middle of a thick mangrove forest. It is like a fairy land!

I took my mobility scooter there so peaceful and super high tide at end floods they went cheap last 100mitres Concrete path 400m of water u can walk and very wheelchair friendly Inc toilets to in park note u loose mobile reception for a fem mtrs from canopy tree they did great job No mosquito either cheers
