Lovey view from Mandy’s overlooking the greenery and Brisbane. Table service was just what you’d expect. Food came out quickly. Drinks were tasty and food was good too. No complaints here and just a fantastic little drive not too far out of town.
We attended a dinner here and the food was delivered fast and it was absolutely delicious! The staff were very polite and let us take our time to order. I had a delicious steak that was perfect and my daughter had a two cheeseburgers that she loved. I would definitely recommend coming here, but make sure you book a table first as it can get very busy sometimes.

Love the Lake view over the mountain, staff are fantastic and efficient. Dishes are beautifully presented and taste delicious. A nice short getaway from Brisbane, approximately 40-45mins drive from Brisbane south. Stay overnight at Mercure clear mountain lodge to enjoy the food, view and nature.
We recently stayed at Clear Mountain Lodge and ate Donner and Breakfast at Mandy’s. Dinner was nice my wife and daughters meals were excellent however the prawn starter was nice but I felt over priced. I had pork belly for main and the meat was cooked well but the crackling was tough and lacking crunch. The baked cheese cake was lovely, as was the Lemon Meringue but the honey comb provided was two massive chunks, we didn’t really know what to do with them, tried to break them and bits went flying, I think with this it may be a case of less is more. Drinks were great and service was excellent. Breakfast was very nice was a good spread of food.
Stayed overnight for a work function at the restaurant and was underwhelmed. The food was pretty average, but was redeemed by a solid breakfast buffet. The service was below average and our group felt unwelcome from the beginning as if our function was just an inconvenience to some of the staff staff. Two of the waitresses were great though and were very pleasant during the evening. The view is stunning though and the patio seating is a great place to enjoy breakfast and start the day.
Came here for dinner and breakfast on a weekend away. Service was friendly and good, location was excellent. Food was varied - excellent entre, solid main, neither dessert was good - dry and taste was off.
Stayed here for two nights. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a dinner there one of the nights, quite pricey but it was delicious. Lovely view. Plenty of seating inside or outside. Table service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very clean and tidy.
We are locals that came for the first time on Valentine’s Day. 1 apart from google maps there was absolutely nothing that we saw that the restaurant was called “Mandy’s on the mountain” I actually had to ask the waitress because I was concerned we had gone to the “Mercure” rather than Mandy’s. 2 the girl that walked us to the table just left us there - it was by chance about 15 mins later that another girl asked if we wanted a drink. 3 the sound system was on par with my radio above the fridge - tired it and detracted from our experience surpassed only by the carpet - who on earth thought those colours were ever going to go well together ! 4 tables were rickety and we discussed the idea of more plants to improve the atmosphere 5 food was absolutely fantastic ! We had lamb cutlet / steak and risotto.really great food ! 10/10 6 selling the sides as extras particularly when we didn’t realise you had to purchase them is never appreciated by customers - at the very least put them directly with the main menu as opposed to hidden on the back page. Had the waitress not pointed it out our date would have been a disaster. 7 consider a “locals night “ and market yourselves to Dayboro / Samford / north Brisbane a bit more with some sort of local discount offer once a week .
