This low rating is purely based on the receptionist and how rude she was. Even the way she said hello makes it sound like you have inconvenienced her day by walking through the door! Would not recommend for the sole reason of having to deal with her!Service: Auto windshield replacement
I rang these guys as soon as they opened to see if they could fix my chip in windscreen, within an hour it was fixed. I had a good experience, fast efficient service.
Owner of the place is good and kind. But the lady sits over there is arrogant and put you down. Services are ok. They kept my car for couple of days just to change the windscreen. As it got some problems, so they fixed it. I would definitely go back if I don’t see that lady over there.
Low rating purely based on the receptionist. Have booked an appt for next week and already don’t want to go just so I don’t have to deal with the rude receptionist lady. Was contemplating to go to Smith & Smith and spend more on a windscreen because she was that rude. I bet the service is actually great, but when you got a receptionist like that at the front, might lose customers, so you might wanna lose her

I have used these guys a couple of times now. Once when some a$$h*l# put a brick through the back window of my car and another when my son put a foot through my glazed door at home. "because it wouldn't close properly and he 'forgot' it was made of glass" Both times the service was awesome. Fast, good quality and cost effective. Their pricing is transparent. <---#dadjoke. Great to deal with and would recommend :

Only place from Toupo to here that could do the job with in the hour fixed the chip in my windscreen & were the cheapest thanks for helping me out.
Highly recommend. Receptionist was very helpful offered multiple solutions. Was quoted far too much from Smith & Smith and they smashed the price. Car went in and a few hours later was done. A++ was very happy with their business and would return if I have any window trouble.
