Would highly recommend!! I've dealt with many property/letting agents and I could say more, what a wonderful bunch at manage my property. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lexi, Kate and Kathryn over the years and all have been amazing in both a very professional and also personable way. They get the job done, are very approachable about all sorts of matters and very supportive from both a tenant and landlord perspective. Definitely one of the best if not the best property/letting agents in Wellington.

Lexi has been my property manager since I started renting 18 months ago and she has been AMAZING. In fact, all the staff at MMP are great to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always friendly and so helpful. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you all for all you do.

Perfect example of the "golden rule", treated us like they would want to be treated. Phenomenal communication! Easy to approach and always available. Professionally cared for the property offering extremely fair, practical and immediate resolutions to all issues with the property. Outstanding documentation without disrupting us as tenants. Thank you Kate, I wish you managed my overseas properties!
