Walked in off the street after walking out of Ferrari Suit Hire in shock with the bad service. Albert was amazing. All fitted, altered and out in 30minutes - looking good for the black tie event that night. Top service, top quality suits, you have a new life time customer Albert!
I am Melbourne based and learned about the need for black tie attire at my social event in Sydney the night before the event. After a desperate call for help to Man About Town, Albert said ‘no worries, come in, we will fix you up’. And that’s what he did - 20 minutes in the shop, perfect fitting good quality clothes, ready for the event. Fast, efficient, good quality, no-BS friendly to the point service was exactly what I needed and what I received. Will surely come back when needed and recommend to others.
The man who served me lacked customer service skills. There was no greeting, no discussion of what style I like, it was all very rushed and though I was clearly unsure about what was being offered to me the man made no effort to ensure it’s to my liking or to offer me other styles. There’s was no discussion of pricing right up until I had tried on a jacket and pants. The man assumed I was content with these styles and had already written out the invoice before I could try on anything else. Further, I found the price I did pay to be extremely overpriced, especially considering the suit is not tailored to size. I don’t like to write bad reviews but unfortunately I had a bad experience and would not recommend. Expected better.
We hired suits from Man About Town for the father of the bride, father of the Groom and the Groomsmen. Albert was professional, knowledgeable and great at what he does. Will definitely use his expertise again!

My husband had a wonderful time hiring suits for our wedding. He also got his suit jacket custom made especially for the day. Would recommend to any groom who is interested in either hiring or purchasing suits. Quick, reliable and trustworthy.
Albert was incredibly helpful and his suits arw top quality. My entourage and I looked a million bucks at my wedding. I rated 4, not 5 stars, though, because of the three-day return policy which I think is a little bit unrealistic if the bride and groom honeymoon directly after the wedding. Thank you, Albert.
Went here to hire a suit for a wedding. The owner is incredibly rude and bordering on aggressive at times. We did not like the suit offered, and the guy would not accept that we didn’t like it. We got up, left and never looked back. Judging from the comments on the bad reviews, I can see I’m not the only one that feels this way. Looking forward to seeing the insult that the owner throws at me!
Fantastic service. Walked in and was greeted straight away, within 10 minutes my partner was fully measured and had an entire suit that fitted perfectly. The trousers needed altering, this was done with 60 minutes. Great price and a very friendly professional service.
