Not covid safe!! Ordered 2 medium- well done steaks, which both came out in pools of blood. The waitress took the steaks back, when they were returned the waitress said I don’t know who’s was who’s. Horrible service during a pandemic.

Awesome country pub, the best I've been to in years
We tried to book in at the Kangaroo Hotel but it was booked out, so tried the Maldon Hotel instead. Service was very friendly, and following all the COVID safe rules. Food was delicious and came in good time.
A lovely pub, being able to sit outside and enjoy the evening was great.
Good rib eye steak and chips.
