Malanda Falls Caravanpark cancellation and refund policy is draconian. Often travellers need to change their itinerary and usually caravan parks understand this and happily provide refunds when a travellers need to change their requirements. Not so at Malanda Falls Caravan Park, they make it extremely difficult to get a refund. Perhaps if you die they will consider a refund but then it will take 6 weeks before you get your money back. This draconian policy does not reflect on the managers who are very obliging, but rather the local council. The council needs to come into the 21st century and understand what goes around comes around. Think again if you are considering staying at Malanda Falls. I recommend you consider Millaa Millaa or Atherton Parks and avoid Malanda until they change their outdated refund policy Peter

Great park on the Tablelands. Helpful management, pool, tropical paradise.

Welcomed, very friendly, informative and found us a site that suited our needs at a very busy time of the year. Loved seeing the animals around; the reception cat, the free-ranging chickens and turkey, as well as the animal nursery for young and old. 6 minutes walk to the Malanda Markets. Rob the manager is terrific.
