I follow make me iconic on Instagram and saw some lovely looking purses that we on sale for $10 each and $20 each that i wanted to buy my daughter.
I started the puchase but didn't finish because i got side tracked with mum life. 
The following day i received an email to remind me i had items left in my cart and it also was saying the items were even cheaper. One item was down to $5 each and the other $10 each. However, whenever i clicked the link to finalise the sale the prices were changing back to the more expensive price. 
I sent them an email which i explained what was happening and i also included a screenshot to show the prices they were telling me in the email. The response i got was that they were the cheaper price last week and the email must be showing the old price and they are now the more expensive price and i must have been looking last week when the price was cheaper for the email to show that price. 
When i explained that it was only the day before that i looked and i felt like it was false advertising i was ignored. 
I received the email another THREE TIMES with the cheap price. 
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. 
As a business owner myself, i know i would never ignore a customer and to be honest i probably would have given the cheaper price advertised given it was my error.

We've bought many pieces for our little boy and his friends over the past 2 years starting with the tram. We now have the ferry, ute, tea set and have bought pieces for presents as they are so unique and lovely.

Have bought several items from Makemeoconic (tram, postbox, purses, etc) and all the products have been great quality and enjoyed by the kids. Staff were also extremely helpful when i made mistakes in my purchasing and resolved the issue quickly and easily.

Purchased a post box it was damaged call them and basically she called me a lair. I now have a damaged item and they have my money buyers beware not a trustworthy company.
Don’t waste your money it’s cheaply made in China and sold by make me iconic at a over priced for cheap workmanship!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very upset no longer customer.....
