We had an amazing time staying here on our vacation to Adelaide. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor and the view and the room were spectacular. The rooms were very clean and I was really impressed by the cleanliness! The staff were friendly too. Location is great, quiet but also very close walkable distance to quite a few restaurants and cafes.nnSpecial thanks to Brian the night manager. He is so kind, helpful and friendly, he is amazing! He went out of his way to help us and we really appreciate it!nnWe would definitely come back again if we were visiting Adelaide again.
One of the best hotel in Adelaide! Clean, spacious room!! Superior room has a bathtub and balcony too! Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and serving dishes! Really worth the value, highly recommended!nWalking distance to restaurant, and feel like a safer area than Adelaide CBD at night time.
Last stay at this often used establishment has been a nightmare.nStayed in room 313 overlooking a courtyard from neighbours with a barking German shepherd all night long several attempts to yell out to them to shut their dog up no luck.nCalled reception nothing was done.nWent down to the reception at 1 am and got a new upgraded room 407 still looking down on this courtyard.nStill hearing the barking of the dog.nOnly slept about 2 hours.nnMight be time to search for a new favourite location.nnUpdate: I've been asked to change my review to a positive, while my experience was terrible, no compensation, no proper solution, still had to pay full price. and staff was concerned I used the minibar.nNO, I will not change my review this is an honest review and those Neighbours will not move so people must be warned who sleep lightly to ask for a room other than the ones I stayed in.nnSleep is the most important thing of a healthy rest, I had none.
nnI recently had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin and Alex, and I must say, their customer service was outstanding! Both were incredibly polite and courteous, demonstrating the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Their pleasant personalities and helpful attitude made my experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Majestic M Suites in North Adelaide as it's a beautiful property with a top-notch customer experience! Thank you!!
Believe the reviews !nnA really lovely, brand new, suite-hotel in a fabulous location. The rooms are spacious, modern and fully equiped....just what we needed after 10 days on the road. The washing machine was a Godsend !nnThe staff are incredibly lovely, professional and super helpful.nnAdelaide is a much underated city, and you should definitely go. And don't stay anywhere else... :-
