2 1/2 hours late for a wheelchair taxi pick up at my father’s nursing home. Causing him to miss Christmas day dinner with his family. STRONGLY advise against using this taxi company.
Taxi driver sped thru intersection while I was turning. As a result of him picking up speed he kept going around the Corner I braked to avoid him hitting the front end of the vehicle I was in along with 6 other people. Driver continued to sped away. I was the only one at the intersection and he sped towards the intersection while I was turning. No indicating from driver just speeding and taking the corner to fast and wide.
I've used their Smart Hail app a couple of times and it's sad to say the taxi actually rarely arrives on time even if I've booked the service a day/night before. If they can get on top of this and avoid taking bookings closer to scheduled/pre-booked pick up times then I'd use their service a lot more.
Organised and booked and order at 5:30pm for a taxi for pickup at 9:30pm and advised it was for my son after work and I was assure he would be there to collect him to bring him home. That was not the case and he was expected to wait till a car was available in Rutherford at night. This is not acceptable for a 17 year old trying to get home at night! If you book a taxi at a certain time you should be able to deliver this service.
Pre booked taxi was over 15 minutes late. So we were late for our friends wedding. No apology, no explanation. Just frankly the worst business

Last night I ordered a taxi to pick me up from Maitland Hospital and the taxi driver was wonderful, friendly, chatty and professional during long long drive home. I have used the company a couple times before and always had positive experiences. Based on my experiences they are my preferred local taxi company.. Others called waited for long time or didn't show up. Maitland Taxis has always shown up within timeframe given or in reasonable time. I recommend them for your needs

Taxi drivers complaining about UBER taking their business... after ordering a taxi the night before for 8.30am pickup for a 8.46am train heading to Sydney and the taxi didn't turn up until 8.50am... yeah great service.
We pre-booked two taxis for pickup from a wedding with order numbers and confirmations. Neither arrived and when we called to ask we were told: “oh they decided to go home” we had to then find alternate ways home at 11.30pm at night! Horrible service and company.
