Thank you inflatable world for letting us do our children’s day at your facility the kids loved it awesome place for the young ones
Stinking hot no air con . Only serving burnt chips that are smothered in salt that are expensive for a tiny burnt cup. Do not recommend glad we visited first before booking my daughters birthday
Booked a party for my child.nKids had a great time however...nDownside - You're only allowed a table for 1.5 hrs despite having kids playing for 2 hrs.nThis meant the cake was rushed as you've just set up, kids have had a play then you have to do cake before packing up..loads of half drank drinks thrown out as no where to put them after being told to pack up.nYou're asked to pack up at 1hr and 15mins.nThe staff directed us to the first table and then put another party at the table next to us despite there being loads of other tables not being used.nFor the cost of the party $260 you would think they'd be able to give tables for 2hrs and allow 15 mins changeover for tables after.
Asked for a cappuccino and was quite abruptly told that she wasn't going to make anymore because there was one staff member behind the counter and that she was to busy. I sat there watching and there was no body at the counter for atleast 8 minutes. Which I believe was plenty of time make my coffee. Hire more staff, run the place properly. Very rude indeed!
I have 7 grandkids, I took 6 with the help of my son n daughter inlaw he's own 3 haha, age range 13-nearly 2 & they loved it. The price is excellent the set up is great. Well done, Inflatable World for giving the community something that is family orientated & doesn't break the bank! Also gives u the time to play! We will definately be back.
