Parcel thrown from front gate into courtyard about 2m then photographed. I have it on my home security camera. Appalling!!!! Day before same courier just dumped parcel in the middle of the driveway in 33°C sun in full view of anyone passing.

Absolutely hopeless driver left parcel in the open in full view of public and subject to weather instead of my front door which is obscured from street and undercover, only one other company is as bad, the parent company ARAMEX.

Look up these clowns on courier and other forums. They treat all of their staff like crap. They have core team of drivers who get half decent pay, most of their workforces are undertrained and supposedly casual employees who get used and ditch over peak season. Looks like they started treating their customers like crap too judging by other reviews.

Terrible, couriers don't enter the property, they throw the package over the fence, carelessly disregarding what could be in the package, and after it lands they take a photo of it on the ground.

Had my parcel stolen because of a lazy driver who couldn't walk 3metres to my front door.

Not a great experience working as a courier for them in Melbourne many years ago.
