Since maidment has removed their reviews from their Facebook page after I posted my review I will therefore post it here. I have been visiting a friend that built in Harris Crossing for 2 years and absolutely l loved the area due to it being well maintained and friendly neighborhood. On purchasing a lot of land myself i began to have issues with a mortgage broker failing to do her job and i kept an open communication with the Maidment, and I kept in the loop. Due to the process becoming drawn out maidment attempted to cancel my contract due to being able to resell the land at an increased price and remove the Tesla deal. I did receive an apologise from the land sales rep. But this has changed my view on Maidment and I would not recommend them.
