The cleaning service was atrocious! This was a small 3 x 1 home. The cleaner spent about 1.5 hrs in the bathroom alone, we are not sure what she did there, as you can tell on the photos. Then vacuuming was as good her her mopping, just spreading the dirt around. Mopping technique, got the mop wet once and mopped the entire house without rinsing the mop spreading the dirt around. The rubbish bins you see, were clean, but she was kind enough to get them dirty and leave them dirty as per photo, by all means, use the bins, but you'd think as a cleaner you'd clean your own mess that you've made! We paid $90 for 2 hours of cleaning and we feel ripped off! Don't waste your money with this company!  I would like to add to my review above. Maid2Match has contacted us and offered to rectify with a free cleaning service. We haven't taken up the offer yet, but I will give 2 extra stars on my original review for their follow up and attempt to improve their services. The fact that they were genuine about fixing the quality of their service has softened my views of them somewhat.Service:&nbsp;General housekeeping

Called up and spoke on the phone to customer service clarifying details before booking online. That would have been a great time for the customer service rep to offer to look at if there is any cleaners in Adelaide. Was told to book online and then received a call back saying they have no staff in Adelaide. Why does your website offer services in Adelaide if there is no actual staff working here. A complete waste of time.

Thanks Sarah  you've been bloody fantastic so far.. I had a work accident and can't do much atm, not only left the place clean but folded all My towels and laundry.. turns up on time, and even has good banter! Love ya work, see you next week
