Band was amazing, team at the first bar asnYou walk to the left was great, bar staff at the club area below were super kind, however the second bar staff where the band was playing were horrible, the blue hair girl quite literally didn’t say a word to us, greeted us with the most unpleasant frown, when my sister and I would ask something she responded arrogantly with hand gestures instead of just responding verbally like a normal human being. Her demeanour and attitude was disgusting, staff like that really bring down such great venues. Other than that great night !
Venue itself is fine, have been regularly and enjoyed/recommend to friends, however securityin this case the Asian security guy, can kick you out for no reason.nnWas having an alright night with paced drinks and water over several hours and can only assume I was kicked it for not walking down stairs perfectly/not with a mate or some unknown reason. Not violent/never cause issues so felt extremely unfair given I was coherentnnWill not be a future patron nor recommend it
Went to see one of our favourite bands, venue itself was amazing but thats where it stopped. The lower bathrooms were overflowing with urine before the bands even started and took staff half the show to close them off. Upstairs there was a group of patrons smoking the green stuff, staff did nothing. Furthermore we were pushed out of our spot and when we told security they just said to move somewhere else
Great music love the emo pop punk music. But the bouncers in the club are not good I was fine and listening to music and waiting for my freind to get back from the toilet. When a bouncer comes up to me randomly and says you need to come with me and I said you want me to leave and he said yes. He just makes a assumption that I'm intoxicated and need to leave when I'm fine and distracted by the loud music in the place and waiting for my freind to come back from the toilet. No good communication skills what so ever can't even ask me how I am going. To get a idea of how I am just makes a assumption and that's it. Abusive these bouncers are at magnet house with no good communication skills. Just kick you out without even talking to you abusive indeed.
One of my favourite places for going out. Have 4 spaces with several bars to cater for the different settings. There is a small bowling inside, a general bar, smoking area, a place for a live band mostly metal music, and a club that plays EDM. Reasonable entry fee and average price drinks.
