This pizza has never let me down. I get the semplice margherita every time. Always so good pro tip: next time you order this one, try rolling the slice up from the crust so you end up with a nice pizza roll. Each bite you get some crust and some pizza, it’s perfect. My friends thought it was weird until they tried it themselves
They say that pizza is like making love; when it's good, it's really good, and when it's bad, it's still pretty good. Freo Pizza Factory have comfortably proven this adage to be incorrect. If pizza is to be compared to making love, then this pizza is akin to being pegged by a clumsy stranger. Have you ever thought to yourself "I love pizza crust, it's the best part of the pizza"? If so, this place is for you. The entire pizza is made from crunchy thin crust that tastes like absolutely nothing and has the texture of tempered glass. Thankfully, the topping is good enough to scrounge a second star, but far out a bit of effort in doughmaking wouldn't go astray. Until they make it very public that the dough recipe is changing for the better, I will not be back to this place. Save 20 bucks a pizza and go to Domino's instead.
What a groovy resto, feels authentically italian, delicious wood fired pizza and super friendly staff, with pizza specials on tonight. Love it, and will be back to check it out soon.
Really enjoyed the pizza here, could do with a little more toppings but otherwise very good.
After 30 minutes of waiting for our pizza ..I asked if our order was ready..I was then told it was a 45 minute wait ..I asked why I wasn't told when I placed my order. Then they bought out the wrong order and I had to wait even longer !! Usually good but I think uber eats is taking preference to dinning in customer
A bit disappointing, we ordered through Uber eats and saw the photos and descriptions. The Antica did not have any bbq sauce and little toppings compared to its photo and description would have understood if ingredients weren’t available but it wasn’t changed on Uber eats but the rustica was amazing.
In case you’re wondering… Yes. It is possible for a pizza base to be too thin. The “Simplice” margharita we had tonight was delicious but unfortunately the base was pulled way too thin and the dough wasn’t able to hold the weight of the cheese and sauce on top. Couldn’t lift piece without it falling apart and creating a gooey mess. Shame bc the crust was really yum and it was a taste of what a slightly thicker base could’ve been. Good value for $18. Friendly service.
$15 Tuesday pizza, one of freos best kept secrets and it's BYO
Every time I have eaten here I have been DISSAPOINTED. Unprofessionalism, mistakes in orders, but this time was the last straw when I ordered a pizza that had NO SAUCE on it, was extremely dry and burnt all around. Not worth it at all and definitely do not recommend!! Half the pizza could not be eaten due to how burnt it was
Amazing authentic wood fire pizza. Would rank in my top three pizza places in Perth. Great atmosphere. We were lucky to come at a quiet time, service was great and food was quick. Will be back.
