I have been coming to this Chemist for a long time. I do this because the staff are excellent. They always take great care with my medications and any other thing I may need help with. I find all of the team really friendly and helpful, including Rutvi, Nikita and Anna. Sonia and Veronica are absolute stars, and they make coming to this Chemist like a pop-in with friends. Love them! Popped in again today and had the lovely Nicole and Veronica serve me. Always with smiles. Thanks ladies!
We have been a customer of Star Discount Chemist at Magill since 2018. From a customers perspective we have experienced the ebs and flows which go with a community pharmacy. The arrival of Veronica as the pharmacist has been transformational. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, knowledge and warm sincere manner has changed how we view a pharmacy. Her impact has extended to those around her, who have responded positively to her arrival. And to top if of she and those around her are really nice people!
Veronica is such an amazing pharmacist, always willing to go above and beyond to help. Other staff always bubbly and kind. Huge range of products. So glad to have this as my regular chemist.

Very disappointed! I moved to Adelaide a few days and i had to bought a metro card to travel. Then I asked the seller to give me a concession card as I saw lots of my friends have a green concession card but the seller surely gave me a yellow student card. At this time I didn't know much about the cards and I reasked her about her action, she ensured about it, and she didn't sell me the green concession one. Then one day, on the train, there was a public transport worker who came to me and said I cannot use the yellow student card as I'm university student, so I have to change card or I will have to get a $200 fine. So I had to immediately purchase a new concession with its cost and transferred the left over money from yellow student card to this one. The seller in Adelaide metro centre said that I can get the refund of the card's price in this place because I bought it here. Then this morning, I came to this place and the boss said they cannot refund anything to me as it was my choice to purchase it ?!?! What?!?!?! I didn't choose it! Does he think that I can go into the seller's table to take it? Or I force her to get me the yellow card? No I didn't! Then he gave me unreasonable and irrational reasons that towards to the point that I was wrong, that was my mistake without listening to any words that I say. Do you guys know any where to support me this issue or where should I sue this? Thank you so much for reading a long complaint.

Very helpful staff! Pharmacist researched a product I urgently needed, found a source, ordered it in and I was able to collect it the following day. Great service!
Slow and bad service for twice the price. "Discount" is false advertising. I would rather drive 5 more minutes to get my meds at Chemist king. Much better service and cost.
