Always the best Indian food in town. I love the ambiance, specially the food! Will definitely come back.
Took half hour for store to acknowledge order, turned up half an hour later than promised...tried calling they don't answer the phone. No apology for lateness from their own driver. Told driver to tell owner how unhappy we were and no contact from owner to acknowledge or apologise. Food quality was very poor and greasy, not like it used to be. Sizing and quantity has also reduced without stating. We also felt ill from the food. Even the dog wouldn't touch the food. How bad must it have been. All the other bad reviews are true, wish we took more notice. Absolutely shocking from a store we used to rate a 5, not anymore. I'd give a zero if i could.
We have been waiting to try magic masala and finally we did! Tonight! We waited over 45minutes for four mains one X-LARGE saffron rice! That of which we were given plain sloppy over cooked rice! one SMALL steamed rice. Which was again over cooked! We ordered a mango prawns it was disgusting over powering over spiced prawns were chewy and undesirable worst mango dish to date… there butter chicken was also over spiced under cooked chicken also worst butter chicken I’ve ever eat to the point is was not eatable! There beef madras tasted horrible again over spiced and when I say over spiced not the hotness the flavours of the spices were just unbearable! Then the last lamb korma same over spiced and unbearable! As we walked in we did notice the incense being burnt on the counter how ever we didn’t expect our food to taste like a mix of unbearable herbs spices and incense this has got to be the worst Indian I have ever eaten portions were tiny and just a complete waste of money considering it was all thrown in the bin we are a family of 6 and not one of us enjoyed anything nor could stand the flavours! Never ever again! Rude customer service! No parking available just a complete nightmare! Currently sick after eating tiny bits of each dish!

I have been to many indian restaurants in Australia as I m in touring job and heard about Magik Masala few times and got a chance to visit . Overall their food was amazing, specially their Butter Chicken and Prawn Malai , and lamb vidaloo, service is good no doubt what I was expecting. Highly recommended !!! Thankyou

I tryed to order a pick up dinner through you guys. No matter where i went it sent me to a secondary site to place my order which didnt allow for pick up and would not allow for drop off unless my order was over $35. If you guys arnt gonna pick up your phone so I can order that way then please fix this.
Ordered for Craigmore but got redirected here need to update Google & website. Butter chicken was tough & a salmon pink colour, which was odd. Cheese naan had almost no cheese & was doughy in texture. The mango lassi was very small and tasted quite sour. Saffron rice was great though. Overall a very average meal.
