A birthday gift from my mum-I received a Groupon $79 Two-Hour Pamper Package total value up to $258. (It included: 1 hour relaxation facial, 1 hour full body oil massage, Hot stone therapy, Eyebrow shape, Head, neck, shoulder & hand massage)
I do not usually write reviews-in fact, I probably never have. But this time I'm for real. This Beautician is SLACK, LYING and DOWNRIGHT UNPROFESSIONAL. She has no interest whatsover in booking appointments, in answering calls and is a CHEAP SKATE. She has wasted my time today saying that we had to 'reshedule another time on her terms'. She told her colleagues to tell me that she was "sick" and tried to call 'me' various times to tell me she was sick so she couldn't make the appointment today. Upon hearing this from her colleagues, I have absolutely no record of phone calls from any such person. WHAT A LIE- She didn't even have my phone number as it was a GIFT to me from my mother. More importantly my mother (having paid the groupon package) didn't receive ANY calls saying that she was sick. This beautician HAS my mother's phone number but NEVER intended to call her and made lies that she tried to call 'us' NUMEROUS times that she was sick. Biggest Con and Biggest Liar and the Biggest Slacker I have ever seen. You are absolutely PATHETIC. Google hasn't given an option for 0 stars but you are indeed below 0. You have wasted my time when I made this ONE time to take important time off work and study to come to your business doorstep early and to be confronted by your peers pretty much stating that you obviously were too slack to do the job and never intended to contact me or my mother.You are such a disappointing person and bring disappointment to the Magic Skin & Body Clinic business. Your work as a beautician at Magic Skin & Body Clinic I suspect is going downhill as you never intended to fulfil the Groupon Deal. Fix your brain, find another career. But in the end you'll fail in that too because you have no decency , lack professionalism and display NO honour to your customers. You waste people's time with your lies pretending you were 'sick' and 'tried to call so many times but no one picked up' so you could do other things. You are an absolute DISGRACE.  Do NOT BOTHER going here. She is probably wanting to quit the job, has no interest in doing it, knows she's shoddy at it and WON'T GIVE YOU ANY SERVICE because let's face it- she's got other things to do and you are not of her concern.   -Monday, 04 December 2017-

Went there on Monday for a single color gel manicure, it took her an hour and 40 mins to apply 2 layers of color, not including top coats. The result was not even, some parts were thicker than the others, some were missing color. She was talking on her phone during the service from time to time. Her skill and attitude were very disappointing. I won't recommend people to do manicure there. 

However, the hairdressers were nice and their customers seemed happy about their performances.
