Not the greatest value for money, car was only 7/10 clean and paid for the expensive wash and wax. Still spots of bird mess on there and Ye car wasn’t that dirty. Would have expected more for the premium wash.

Front end of my car was damaged when I left it here to be washed. I was told that their foot slipped from brake to accelerator & hit another car. I was offered to take it to a repairer he gave me the name of. Researched this repairer & told the Manager I preferred to go through my insurer (RAA) as repairs guaranteed for life and requested driver details for my claim which he refused. I then offered he pays my excess which he refused. Again I explained in writing why I would claim via my insurer and he still would not provide details. Following advice from RAA I had to submit a police report that he had refused to provide drivers details. SAPOL have obtained details and now over 3 weeks later I get my car repaired. Do Not Leave Your Car in Their Hands.

Fantastic. REALLY happy with the detail inside. I asked for a carpet and seat shampoo only and the result was amazing. It's like new again. This is a company car and I'm not allowed to have a dog in it. I asked the gentleman to make it look like the dog had never been inside and he did. I can't believe it's the same car. Just a tip though to any prospective customers ... While you wait for your car do NOT try to get a coffee from Boulevard Cafe inside the mall. Terrible service and very slow. Thumbs up to Magic Hand. Just imagine what they could do with 2 magic hands :)

My dad has his Prado cleaned by Magic Hands West Lakes this morning - car was very well cleaned AND the staff kindly put my expensive sunnies on the seat for me (I'd been looking for them for the last few days!). We'd been to the outback so car was full of red dust- no trace after cleaning by this company. Would definitely recommend and will use them again!
