Absolutely loved having my car cleaned here. They took a lot of care cleaning, and it honestly did shine like it was brand new! Will definitely be back again.

Used to religiously use this car wash and always had a great experience but lately they just try & rip me off. Saying the advertised prices are wrong such as the Star Wash. Tried to charge me $120 to get my car washed & the interior  vacuumed. Not even a polish or anything. Steer clear of this place.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Open platinum package. Paying $99, to get into our car and dash board not even wiped, centre console not cleaned, windows not cleaned, dirty water marks. Worker said windows are tint damaged.. they definitely are not. Interior and boot not cleaned. Rims not cleaned, boot lid not cleanedServices:&nbsp;Vacuuming

I went to pick up my car after 3 hours. Vacuums was awful. The windscreen was not cleaned and still dirty inside and out and the front of my car still had dirt all over it. It was awful. Called head office to raise a complaint and was told all shopping centre Magic Hand are now Star car washed but allowed to use the Magic Hand name till 2021. Please be aware.

I had my car cleaned today with platinum service. The staff was friendly and car was cleaned properly and took my feedback wipe the outside of the car again since it was windy and it got bit dusty on the outside.

Extremely disappointed with this car wash,  paid $100 to get my car washed. 2hrs later found the car's bumpers dirty,  interior not wiped off, side mirrors and windscreen dirty. Could not deliver services for the agreed amount.Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Had a great experience today, the staff was very helpful and friendly named Karan and Inder. I will highly recommend this car wash and Services:&nbsp;Steam cleaning
