The only reason I was getting my 3 month old car washed here because the first time I was here they did a good job. But this second time was terrible. Firstly the guy didn't care enough to dry the car entirely, the wheel well were still dirty, uneven waxed tyres, interiors were cleaned with a dirty cloth that left marks and scratches all over my new console. I waited 1 hour 20 minutes because it was busy and that's fine, but doing a poor job and especially scratching things while you do it, isn't justifiable.

This is the 3rd time I gave you guys a chance before writing this review as I see this place has potential but the supervisors/operation managers are not taking charge on their staff. In turn it is creating an issue whereby the supervisors are having to do touch up cleans on pick-up of vehicle for items I have personally experienced such as;  1. Inside of windows have been attempted to be cleaned but is just streaks and smears all over the inside of the windshield which would of been better if not touched.  2. The wheels seem to be cleaned by 2 different people with different levels of experience because one side of the car wheels look spotless and have tyre shine, then the other has no tyre shine and covered in brake dust. Its a bit embarrassing really as its happened more than once to me.  3. The car is done very fast, I would say TOO FAST to be sure it is done right. My gut feeling is always right because the cars are simply rushed thru. Guys, most if not all people getting someone else to clean their car obviously have the time to wait in the hopes it is done right. If they dont have time the customer should come back again another time its that simple.  4. There needs to be arrows to enter and exit, sure there is signs but not easy to see when you have a semi trailor on Spencer st honking and tail gating you to get in. Its a busy intersection and signage should be very visible with bright arrows on the ground.  5. If I ever go back. No more will I pay IN ADVANCE because you guys can't be trusted. Shouldn't pay in advance anyway but now definitely not.  I see reviews here where people are spending $50-$200 one off and are not happy. Well, Ive given you guys multiple chances and warned the managers everytime from my previous experiences and this is what I've received. Probably spent over $1000 in the past few months not including my contacts and clients you can check your books if you like. Just ONE person can clean out your accounts better than you cleaned my wheels  Just because my car isnt a Lamborghini doesnt mean I dont love it any less, thats how most of your customers think about their cars and you all need to remember that.  Bottom line is you need some more training and suggest you have a team meeting with your staff and supervisors and highlight points like in the above to them.  Lastly attached some photos of my dirty wheels straight after I left. Only the right side was dirty so only blame the person on the right. Left was ok  I am now undecided if I will return or if I will continue to bring my other customers, staff and clients vehicles here until I hear/see improvement.

Honestly should have read the reviews.  They dropped a clip on my mat and threw half of it in my centre consol but didn't keep the other half. It got driven over with another car and was damaged.  I got a credit for my pains but I wish they could have just kept it attached.  I paid extra $50 for an internal detail clean to get rid of pet fur. While it's better than before I wouldn't say this was a good job at all. Like I shouldn't have to do a clean after they do their clean. Plus they left some substance on my sun roof which I now have to clean up too. I was charged $105 for a magic wash and extra internal clean.

Very satisfied with the results. The cleaning team done a fast and high quality job. Also the  receptionist Elias was very nice and cooperative.

I’ve been several times and today felt like a few standards have dropped; the car was fine but details were left unattended - the wheels were not completely finished and cleaned, surfaces lacked polish. Also, rear view mirror has been adjusted as had seats which has happened in the past as well. I have been using this car wash for nearly 12 months, usually once a fortnight. Every single time the car has been cleaned immaculately inside and out and the pricing is fantastic. Would highly recommend using this car wash as they are also very time efficient, no matter how busy they are.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Very bad experience. Lasted, time we had our car wash here we were blown away they did an amazing job that’s why we returned. Unfortunately, we came back again but this time the car wasn’t clean properly everything was rushed, there were still marks both on car spots even worst our window screens had scratch marks! And the supervisor said it was from us opening the windows!?  This will be the end and last time we will come back here.

Although the car wash was of a good standard, several items were missing when I picked up my car. When I raised this with Elias, he accepted no responsibility for the issue and did the bare minimum to get rid of me. The items were unable to be located, but he committed to look into it and call me the next day. He didn’t call me. Looking back over other reviews, it appears that they haven’t learned from previous occasions when items have gone missing and I won’t be trusting them with my car again.

Edit: I was surprised by a phone call this morning about my visit yesterday and my review. I didn't think a 3 star review was a bad review. As a result the manager re clean the car and did a hand polish for free for me today. It was very quick as well. The customer service is amazing. Hence updating my review to 5 stars. Will visit again. ======  In general the clean wasn't too bad, but I paid $199, thought I would get a great service. Few places were missed examples see the two images, most are not very obvious and in hard to get locations. The most disappointing miss is the front windscreen wipers, when I tried it on the way back it made marks on the windscreen, when I used a cloth on it when I got home, the cloth was black, that's one of the places required the best effort as it can affect driving safety.
