Good from far, but far from good… with added damage.  Purchased a $120 express detail for my mother with a disability as she is unable to do it herself. It certainly was express as there was a lot missed. I’ll let the images speak for them selves.  They also wanted to charge an additional $80 to do the seats.  The finish off the below average job we have a new scratch on the number and a year in the door rubber seal car is less than a year old.  They sent us though a message asking for a review after the detail, so here it is…

So after a very hectic year travelling through the Kimberley, our Prado was in serious need of a full detail. The exterior of the car was no longer burgandy and had turned a very red dirt colour that didn't shift with cleaning and the interior was an absolute atrocity with red Pindan and beach sand all throughout the car. Sunni and the team at magic hand wash performed an absolute miracle, the service and attention to detail was amazing and our car hasn't looked so good since the day we bought it. We have no hesitation in recommending these guys and can't thank them enough for all their hard work.

First time detailing on a 5 year old car.. see it for yourself !! So impressed! Excellent service … especially sunny who assisted throughout and made sure we are fully satisfied with the detailing and asked if there is anything they want to do… so much customer focused and expert servicing … definitely recommending to everyone !

We just had our car washed at this place there were some watermarks on side mirrors and windows we paid extra to get those removed. When we came back the watermarks were still there we pointed it out to one of the employees there they said that they will redo it. After more wait we found out that the driver's side mirror is damaged, now half of it is not visible. The manager claimed that it was before which is definitely not the case, they tried polishing it with some chemical which did not work and told they will investigate which I highly doubt. Now we have to go and replace this mirror because half of it is not visible which is hazard for the driver. I really wish we never came to wash the car here.

Great customer service and friendly staff. The manager Minhaj is very hands on when inspecting the vehicle to recommend their service. I always end on with an almost new car after each detailing. After having a few bad experiences at other places I’m very happy with the polishing, the staff definitely put a lot of effort and goes above and beyond for the service provided. Car not done as I expected. Has to get the guy to clean the spots off the passenger seat back.  Not cleaned u der where exhaust is. To be honest?  I expected way better for &119. Won’t be back I am sorry.Services:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Horrible service, paid $129 for express detail instead of the basic wash. They let the water dry on the windows which left water marks but was told it was from where we park the vehicle and the sprinklers. We had to vacuum the vehicle afterwards and clean the door jams ourselves. The one time I thought to spoil the wife with her car and it was one of the worst detailing experiences we’ve had. What they said they’d do on their service list for express detail they didn’t even do.Service:&nbsp;Polishing

Awesome service. Highly recommended. They are very quick even if they are busy. Saw couple of boys working on one car at the same time. They made my car look just like new. Definitely going back.

Asked for a full detail so my car could be used for a wedding. They made me pay then told me 2 out of my 4 windows weren't working, my 12v cigarette lighter I use to charge my phone. All the seats were wet which would normally be fine but the bridal party was not sitting on a wet seat...... was not happy and do not recommend.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing
