Mad Mex

This is a review for the plant based options. For mexican style food... its simply terrible.. $14 for a quesadilla with just soy based mince and dairy free cheese? Ripped off and bad food Chipotle sauce had zero spice to it unless your idea of spicy is above mayonnaise and water.. Place was clean and music was decent.

Overall, the food we ordered together with my family tasted absolutely phenomenal. I don’t usually eat mexican food, but after visiting and dining in this place, I began craving for it non-stop, most especially their tacos. I believe this branch offered a highly satisfactory customer service and all for a cheap price, which was excellent. I ordered their crispy corn tacos and it was bomb! I also highly recommend their burrito and quesadilla because it is packed with flavor and has the right amount of meat, cheese, and vegetables which can leave you fully satisfied and pleased with what you ate. I believe they also have vegetarian options in store which is great, given that there is variety in their menu and it is inclusive according to the preferences of others. Additionally, their staff is also very friendly and accommodating to their customers. After ordering, we did not wait too long for our meals to be delivered, which is a bonus for maintaining a good fast-food service. My family and I will come by again soon, because this place is definitely worth it.

My first day today and had terrible experience. I ordered a naked burrito bowl and gosh, is that a less quantity? Not worth the price, will definitely go to Guzman next time.

The food was pretty average. I'm surprised that my homemade cheese quesadillas are actually better than theirs. The staff weren't listening carefully to their customers as if they were in a race or something.

I love mad mex food. Unfortunately today I saw a poor food handling procedure in one of the staffs. After I paid my burrito with cash, the guys didn't change his gloves and started to make another burrito, He was also cleaning the display with his gloves on and didn't change them either. Food at mad mex is ok except that staff forget that people are going to eat what they serve. The portions were abnormally small compared to the price paid and no care is taken on how it is served with watery pico de gallo and hardly any cheese or corn. Prices are going up but good quantity is going down.. something to think about across mad mex. Your advertisements show very different food compared to what is served. And you dare argue with the staff. It's like they are doing a favour by serving us food and as though we are not paying for it. Pretty horrible.

Ordered a regular chicken burrito. Received not much in the way of ingredients aside from the rice and beans... Will go to Guzman next time.

Mad Max Chains vary in size and quality. There is little consistency trust me I’ve been to many and the size changes. It just does. My burrito at this chain was small and cold. Don’t go here!

Good burrito & I especially love the Habanero sauce they have on the bottles it is really spicy!. Friendly service & food was prepared quick. Fresh ingredients too, I just wish that the portion could be slightly bigger.
