I’ve been here so many times and have always had good experiences up until Monday night at around 8pm. The store was not busy at all yet the staff rushed the order so much that I was basically served slop. The girl who served me did not care about my order at all and was rough, chucking everything in without even looking. I ordered heaps and spent a good amount of money and not one thing that I ordered tasted good ….I got more of the juice from the beans than actual beans. Pretty disappointed considering this place has always been my go to for quick Mexican food
I and my family had an absolutely wonderful experience! The food had great taste with lots of flavor & it was served nice and hot ! Also the quality of service was top notch. Will be coming back soon! Definitely recommend! Best Mexican in Sydney ! Love this place.
Went here with a large group of friends and i was worried we wouldn't get a seat. Fortunately there is a spacious upstairs area which had plenty of room! Absolutely great atmosphere and value for money. I don't usually eat Mexican cuisine but I was blown away by the flavour of the burrito I ordered. The bathrooms could use a renovation but i came here for the food so I can't complain.
We enjoyed the quesadillas and drinks! We have spread the news to our family and friends! We will definitely be back for more! Maybe next time we can bring a few extra hungry mouths with us! Thank you for the food and service! Best Mexican dine in Place and great service and staff
Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill is a legendary Mexican spot that I've been going too forever. It's been there pre lockdown, during lockdown and is surviving the light rail construction. They do a top job, have amazing foods and their staff are wonderful. It's some of the best Mexican in town and I LOVE THEIR WORK! July 2021 Update: Doing a great job of being open during lockdown and love their work! Swapan rocks too!

Bad service at the counter. Food tasted great though. Being a fan of Mexican food, I often visit Zambrero and Mad Mex. The girl at the counter served the Nachos in such a way as if she is giving it out of her own pocket. Though I enquired about heating up the nachos to let the cheese melt, which is voluntarily done in Zambrero the 2nd girl at the counter also denied to do so. Not trying to judge, the shop had no customers at 2 pm whereas the nearby ones were flooded.
Placed an order on Sunday for a Nachos Combo.....Was charged $36 + and only received ice-cream. The delivery driver was Puneet driving a white Nissan X-Trail. Have tried to contact the business directly to be told the number is "disconnected". If I don't hear from them directly I will be contacting Fair Trading. I am very disappointed by this service!
I love Madmex food but the customer service experience was so unpleasant. I was served by a guy with tattoos, wore a black tshirt . He was so rude and didn’t have any quality to work as a customer service worker 1. Didn’t greet, even when I asked for a takeaway take sauce, he said they can’t give it . Ive dined in many madmex over sydney and they all give us those sauce for free. 2. Wanted to add rice on my grande, again gives me an unpleasant look . 3 . Grande toasted for only a minute. I know it should be toasted for 2 mins . Having great food is not enough if you want to succeed as a business. Do spend more time on hiring right people and work on good experience. As long as I love the food, I’d never visit your store if the same guy is serving my order . Thanks
This was my first time to a mexican restaurant and believe me, I wasn't dissapointed a bit. I enjoyed each bite throughly and definitely going there next time. Apart from the delious food that I had, I liked the zero wait time and courtious staff members. So if you want to grab a bite on the go this is the right place for you. And not to mention about their mexican soft drinks, they were refreshing too. Cheers guys, keep up the good work!
