I don't normally eat fast food, but this seemed to be the best available option at the time. Had lunch whilst waiting for our flight. The first lady with the dark hair was quite friendly and was happy to explain how we can choose the filling etc. Then the blonde lady took over and she seemed like she is in rush. Could have been 5 stars, now 4 because of her. It was at least nice that I was able to have chicken, beef and vegetarian for the 3 tacos.
I recently ordered my lunch at Mad Mex Brisbane Domestic Airport and I was very happy with my visit. The people who work there were very nice and helpful. The food was also very good and I enjoyed my meal. I did order the naked burrito with the medium spicy sauce with grilled chicken. Love it. If you want to eat good Mexican food, I suggest you try Mad Mex Brisbane Domestic Airport. They are a good local business and deserve your support. You won't be disappointed with the food and service. I would definitely go back. If you want to have a good meal with good service, Mad Mex Brisbane Domestic Airport is the place to go!
Actually the worst nachos I've ever had, everything completely cold couldn't finish them started feeling sick. Expected them to be about $17 some how ended up being $21? Don't know how $15+2.50 ends up being 21.Food: 1/5
Delicious food and great service quality. My meal pork burrito was very flavourful and the ingredients were fresh. The staff worked very well as a team and they were very friendly and professional. Mad Mex will definitely be my outlet of choice when I go through BNE airport.
Food was good but the staff were atrociously rude! I read out chicken as chicken pollo since that what was on the menu board, the man then spoke to me in a very condescending way that it was called chicken. He then had a laugh with the other staff members right in front of me! Was so shocked I didn’t buy any other food, they don’t deserve my money if they are going to behave like that.

Staff is very rude. Lady serving us passed racist comments and said we are very hard to understand. She seems very tired and don’t wanna work. She said they don’t have any chicken available because our Order was big. She tried to avoid us. But still manage to buy veggie burritos. But when food came was cold and burritos was not even wrapped properly. Poor lady don’t wanna work but still working and putting zero efforts towards her work. Mad Max need to hire some hard working staff not some lazy people who don’t wanna work. Wish all the best to management to keep things up.
The best Nacho experience at Brisbane Domestic Airport Mad Mex. The Guacamole was the freshest I’ve ever eaten with a clear hit of fresh lime juice. The young man who served me was bright and bubbly and greeted me with a Hola at the start of my journey and Gracias at the end, with the Mexican music playing made me feel like I was in Mexico. The front counter people are very friendly and happy, but the ol Sheila ftom out the back is so not a peoples person. Rafter ordering my naked chicken burrito, they ran out of lettuce, so the girl on the till went and grabbed a bag to refill it. Well the ol girl out the back cracked and told her in no uncertain terms it’s for tomorrow so myself and the other 3 customers got no lettuce. Seriously I’m a caterer myself and work for a business, if I’d have done that I wouldn’t have a job. There was no reduction on price and I felt very embarrassed for the counter staff :
