Macquarie Library Cafe

Located at the front of the library and boasting a decent seating area, I find this to be the cheapest and best tasting coffee in Macquarie Univeristy. Staff are always a delight, food is what is expected from a Cafe. Area is always clean, never concerned when buying from here, definitely best coffee at MQ. Fast and reliable, what more could you want? Vegetarian options: More vegetitarian options than not - large selection of baked goods Kid-friendliness: Chocolate croissants and iced chocolates always go over well, there isn't anything "non-kid-friendly" about the cafe

Great coffee and ambiance, staff is always fantastic and helpful. It’s the best coffee I’ve had on campus and it is conveniently placed for my long study sessions. I have had some amazing and surprisingly positive experiences with the regular staff, especially with the manager usually at this cafe. As I’m a student who regularly visits this cafe to study in the library with my friend. It still remains my favorite cafe on campus… especially with there mondays $2 small/regular coffee as well as the art they make on there coffee. Served the wrong size of coffee, which is fine I just asked for a new cup, but then gave away the first coffee in front of me. At least try to make up for it man, it's your fault I'm still waiting here. There's also better coffee around campus.

This is a student from Macquarie Uni, I’m writing to complain about your service in MQ library café. Yesterday, I ordered a toasted croissant tomato/cheese, it was fluffy and delicious, so I order it again today, but it’s compressed and toasted in electric baking pan. The croissant should not be toasted and compressed in the baking pan. If the employee is not fooling the customer and simplifying matters, I’d like to think the employee in your shop is not well-trained and provide poor service.

The customer service presented at the library cafe is of the highest standard. The menu items are delicious and are of good quality. The cafe is definitely recommended as it matches Macquarie University's ever pleasant experience.

Got a bacon and egg wrap after asking for something that was on the menu that apparently didn’t exist? the egg and bacon were cold and obviously not fresh, very disappointed

Don't order the turkish roll with egg and bacon. I got one. It was cold in the middle and the egg was RAW. I tried to let them know, but they weren't very interested and didn't seem to understand what the problem was with cold, raw egg.

The place to get some snacks or a cup of coffee without leaving the library. Particularly like their $5 value pizza.

Lovely Cafe- making hot chocolate. I really like those probiotic drinks too, same price as woolies which is nice. Good broke uni student prices!
