I have no issue with the people who work there because they are just doing their job. What I have issue with is their policy. For example, I don't get sent any statements unless I call up to request it and that would take 2 working days to process for an electronic statement. They advertised that you can register online to use YourLease to manage your lease and view information, when I tried signing up, I was blocked from signing up. I called them to find out why, they can't give me the information. I also tried to find out what interest rate my loan is on and again they can't give me the information. They are quite happy to keep taking money out of my bank but refused to give me any information regarding my contract with them. As a client, this is unacceptable. I am practically blocked from accessing information regarding this contract. I'm pretty darn sure this is illegal BUT, it's their policy because I went through a dealer (I'm naming them - SmartSalary). So when I terminated the novated leasing with SmartSalary, they hand balled me to Macquarie but whenever I needed information, Macquarie would ask me to call SmartSalary and vice versa. I was being ping-ponged around getting nowhere. These two companies are the worse I have dealt with. Never again! Purchasing a car was supposed to be exciting for me but turned out to be the biggest regret of my life to used them!

Rang today and spoke to May LOVELY lady great customer service and this is VERY unusual they are normally MORONS well done May

This is the most incompetent company, I have had to ring 6 times to have an issue addressed as the call centre people fail to respond to my requests. I would never recommend using them, unlike Bendigo Bank where you actually can talk to real people that do anything to help.

This used to be one of the best leasing company's I dealt with if you are looking for a lease go elsewhere 464 St Kilda rd what a crock more like Malaysia or somewhere!!!
