Found some great merchandise there while I was waiting for them to do my roadworthy. Some nice shirts and plenty of clothing including helmets. Boots, glove, oils etc. Large bike shop but not a lot of bikes at the moment.
Was horrified to find that they had left a main subframe bolt out of my bike, after having carburettor service now my bike is damage after 2000km of not knowing. Thanks Mackay Kawasaki, I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!!
Great shop with even better staff, I've bought 2 bikes from these guys and couldn't be happier, both Luke and Dale where amazing and so helpful with both purchases and after sale service. Just all around amazing, highly recommended.
Took my bike in to get new tyres and brake pads. Couldn't fault them, frendly service .
Outstanding customer service. No rip offs. Diligently went through pros and cons of different helmets, prices etc. Allowed fitting until right fit was achieved. No pushy salesman.
Went in to inquire about Z1000's/Z900's and was served by Luke. Super helpful, really friendly and personable with a tonne of knowledge. Definitely keen on future dealings with Mackay Kawasaki based on this experience!

Dale and the guys really look after you. Not just selling you the Bike, but continually. After not going in for close to a year, the staff still knew me by name. Very happy with the service here.
