We had a fabulous evening with BABBA at the MECC. If you ever get an opportunity to attend an event at the MECC please do yourself a favour at go. Volunteers did an amazing job. Booking was easy.
The area is relaxing all around the centre, as there are several areas to sit and chill, also the old water fountain is awesome too!!!
Great venue with excellent facilities. However, the gardens outside do not have much seating options.
Great show. Disappointed with the price of drinks served by a volunteer staff. At the restaurant up the road I paid $ 9.50 for a glass of wine and at the MECC paid $ 14.50. How can this be justified. Not happy Jan.
Had a great time , amenities are very basic for the size of the centre.. Evening shows attract alot of people and to have only pre-packaged sandwiches was disappointing, the bar and seating area could easily accommodate a fancier dessert bar with beautiful coffees to match.
