Beautiful park in the centre of town. Picturesque and peaceful. Some stunning trees here. Make time for a wander through if you're in town. It's right next to the memorial and the Cathedralof St Michael and St John

Beautiful place during the whole year, picnics, duck pond, fernery, secret places kids can find to play hide and seek, a great place to sit and eat Annie's Ice creams and has toilets and plenty of shade on a hot day!
A well kept and presented park in the centre of Bathurst right behind the historic courthouse is Machattie Park, originally named Dalley Park, the site has a old history before being converted into a park and it’s a very nice stroll around with some very old pine trees and other plants with a pond and a fernery.
Great park. First time to be here in Bathurst and love much the place. I love the blossoms and tulips too. Great for kids
