By far the best training facility I have ever been to. Mace Fitness not only has the best equipment in Melbourne that is used in the sport science lab in the U.S but also has very friendly and knowledgeable staff who will work with top level athletes as big as Stephen Curry in the next month over in the states. Personally, I have been a part of the mace family for about 8 months now and I have seen improvements that I couldn't have imagined before. I have increased my vertical, stability, core strength and balance tremendously through the individualised programs given to me. Would recommend it to anyone from a beginner to a serious athlete.
