Ordered 22 JAN 2023 DRIVETHROUGH Received NO BUN on top or bottom of my burger. Could barely hear the server through the drive through speakerbox. Called 15 minutes later upon discovering this and the manager offered to refund the entire order of which I appreciate a lot. Drive through speaker box needs to be FIXED so we can communicate our order with your staff properly.
The dirtiest maccas in Northside I just ordered 2 bloody ice cream and I was wait 25 minutes. It was yesterday 12/10/2022 order time was 9:35pm and I got ice cream 10:00 pm. Everywhere was really dirty and no one knows what are they doing…
By far the most disgusting Macca's I've ever been to. Bins overflowing, dirty tables. Been waiting for about 20 minutes with 3 other customers and an empty drive thru.
Not the best maccas in town head to Virginia for that but still reliable enough for a quick feed. Food warmth, correct order, food wait and staff smiles are all hit and miss. Don't bother going inside, the best service you'll get is through drive through.Food: 3/5
Staff out front more interested in finishing time that serving. Ice cream machine broken down again. Instore wait time far too long, i waited 18 min for food. Not overly clean. Not a good experience.Food: 2/5
Waiting for more than 15 mins and follow up couple of times.. cappuccino taste bad and cold.. my chicken wrap was cold and sticked to the paper wrap. However the customer service was good as they replaced them all. I think people needs to be trained more to be able to work more productive.
I came in on the 28th of December and ordered a large BBQ bacon Angus with large chips, Vanilla Coke and extras on the burger. When I usually come in the portion sizes are always off with the prices to start with, so I always try get the large with the best pricing and deals so no problems there. But when I got my meal and burger the layering of the burger was so very off to the point it all fell apart as soon as I picked it up and sauce was overloaded with only one napkin. So Maccas take a note that when making a burger always layer it as fluffy, flat, fluffy,flat so it doesn’t all fall apart as soon as a customer picks it up and make sure to give more than one napkin for the order to clean up the sauce or any mess they make. I am sure it would be appreciated for a clean and health restaurant with less waiting time for orders.
This is our local maccas and everytime I go through drive thru we wait for a good 10-15 minutes to get our food. The staff look like they have no clue what’s going on. We have to check the order everytime. And the chips are always cold, stale and half empty. Always a disappointment. And I never leave reviews but am fed up!
This McDonalds was filthy when I visited on 1/1/23 at 7pm. The restaurant was quiet. Staff standing around drinking soft drinks. Only half my order in the bag when I got home, despite being on the receipt. The BigMac was tasteless with half the usual contents missing. A very bad experience. I was only staying around the corner and the chips were cold, no salt and very pale like they were undercooked. I am a regular Maccas user but this branch is disgusting. Parking: Lots of free parks probably because there are very few customers. No surprises there
Called in for 830 am breakky mon morn. Old mate the gardener was doing a great job outside sweeping and cleaning. Inside was a different story.. service was slow, floors dirty, no sugar, serviettes or wooden spoon supplies. Waste container near empty supplies was full however. Toilets were clean enough though. Meals were fine. Manager needs to manage and keep 'restaurant ' clean!
