Great sushi at a decent price. Sushi rolls are around $3.50-$4 which admittedly is on the pricier end for sushi. I had the salmon, tuna and crispy chicken. The salmon and tuna are classic choices you can’t go wrong with if you’re a fan of those flavours. The crispy chicken was good as well. I recommend the salmon and tuna over the chicken.
Sweet rice and lots of kewpie mayo. Wholesome family business but the interior needs some love. Back of the store is filled with boxes and has been for the past 2 years. Quite a strong fishy oily smell which is a bit off putting.
Sushi here is the best I’ve had in ages! It’s made super fresh and they are able to cater to dietary requirements easily. Staff are also wonderful and know my order and it’s really easy to get to with lots of public transport around. Next time you’re looking for sushi, this is your place!
Delicious sushi and fast service Perfect for work lunch on the run
Sushi was Fresh and well portioned. Had the cooked tuna and it came with avocado. Would come here again. No photo as I ate too fast.
Such amazing sushi! It's always so nice coming here and the staff knowing what my order is. The quality is fantastic and I will look forward to coming here in the future.
terrible sushi, low quality, chicken was dry..... wasn't tasty at all.
I have been working in the CBD for 10 years and I go to this sushi place weekly. I absolutely love Japanese food and I can confidently say this is some of the best sushi you will find in the Melbourne CBD. There are almost always lines out the door for this place and there is always speedy , friendly service. Could not recommend more highly.
Sushi is good but not hot dishes. Ordered 2 meals to dine in. Both of them had hair in the meal! Disappointed. Both meals were sent back to the kitchen and we received new plates but no apologies was made, whatsoever.
Good sushi and miso, but the place needs a bit of love; pretty sure they didn't change the name of the business when they bought it as it still has plenty of Italian cafe style decor, and your know, the name itself is a big tip. Don't order bento boxes they overcook the meat then drown it in tonkatsu sauce, which completely defeats the purpose of frying katsu since all the crispiness turns to just a soggy mess that doesn't taste much like pork. Service is good if you get the dad or the mom, but one of the daughters there doesn't seem to understand numbers and has a very bad memory of prices; and will often get my order wrong. I've been coming here for a couple years and growing tired of it.
