I was disappointed to witness a staff member be rude to an obviously unhappy customer when I visited the shop for the first time on Saturday afternoon. The poor customer was left with no hope of a resolution as the auburn-haired staff member cut her down in conversation and blatantly told the woman that the conclusion of their conversation was at an end and it was just too bad. As a lover of great service I found this experience extremely disgusting and hope this employee is just the one bad apple in the barrel.

I need a colour match cause my old foundation didn't match me anymore and I had the best experience I could in this store! A lovely girl helped me coloyrmatch a new foundation and explained why my old one may not match my skin, she gave me a couple of new options and even signed me up to there store where on your birthday you get a makeover! Excellent service and lovely staff, the store was beautiful and very cool in this summer heat. I will be coming here more often.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Huge range of make-up and skincare products. Staff are always on hand to offer advise and tips/tricks of the trade. Make up lessons and courses are available and reasonably priced, with costs usually redeemable on product. Bookings are usually required in advance for these services.

Was in store this morning - went to purchase BB creme that was color tested but didn't have my credit card with me so sent other half to pay with his card.  He initially charged $49 then queried it, they then charged $44 - he came out & questioned me. I was quoted $42; he went in again to query - they in fact admitted they stuffed up twice and it was in fact $42 for the product - BUT they initially refused to give a refund - they eventually did but appeared to be unhappy about doing so.  Shocking customer service & very poor staff training - would suggest management check consumer rights with ACCC about over-charging and refunding.

Why are the staff so snobby? Two staff, I'm the only one in the store and I had to ask for help. They were unfriendly and not really helpful. I also find it hard to believe neither of them had heard of Nars foundations.

I was so happy for helping me to choose the right makeup products for my skin tone. Thank you so much I will be coming back soon. The girl who helped me was good.
