Excellent service, the office staff were very friendly and helpful. The Plumber who attended was very tidy, explained everything that he was going to do and why. Invoice came quickly and was happy to pay for such a great service! Highly recommend these guys!

We have used these guys several times now and are always satisfied with the result.
They arrive when they say they will, and the job gets done right the first time.
Not the cheapest outfit in town but we don't mind paying for quality.
Tradesmen are professional and courteous.

For a small job, being a replacement of a air switch for a waste disposal unit, my bill was excessive for a 25 minute job.   I was charged for 2 hours labour and vehicle expenses.

I did make contact with the manager and he gave me all the excuses e.g. he has a big tax bill to pay!  Although he did give me a slight discount. 

I would not recommend this company.
