I do not recommend M-CITY.nDo your shopping elsewhere.nThe Monash Council now issues fines for cars parked in M-CITY when they have parked to go shopping.nNow you have earnt yourself 1 star and a negative review.nFine amount $102 nThis review is highly likely to cost M-CITY far more in loss of business when potential customers are made aware of the unreasonably high fine amount.
This mall truly stands out with its unique design and thoughtful layout. The entrance itself immediately caught my attention — it features a rotating door system that not only adds a modern touch but also serves a practical purpose. During my visit, it was raining heavily outside, yet the interior remained clean, dry, and welcoming. This clever design seems to effectively reduce the amount of dust and moisture entering the premises, which speaks volumes about the attention to detail in its planning.nnWhile I was impressed by the design, I did have a small concern regarding emergency scenarios — particularly how the rotating entrance might impact evacuation speed during a fire or other incidents. That said, I trust the management has proper safety measures and evacuation protocols in place to address such situations.nnAs for the mall itself, it offers a wide variety of shops and services. A charming flower shop welcomes you near the entrance, and just to the left, you’ll find an inviting collection of eateries, including a pleasant tea and coffee spot. There’s also a barber shop, a Lotto outlet, and a gift shop for quick purchases.nnAdditional amenities include a medical clinic, a Victorian Hearing centre, and a dentist — making the mall not only convenient for shopping and dining but also practical for health-related needs. The washrooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a modern, almost unique design, which added to the overall positive experience.nnIn short, this mall delivers both convenience and comfort with a touch of innovation.
Great local shopping centre. Can get all your groceries done here. Love that there is a cinemas and Kmart as well. The food court is decent too! Plenty of parking at night.
Good shopping centre includes cinema, doctors, chemist, kmart, Woolworths, a fruit /vegetable shop and a eatery area with a variety of food options.
Nice new stores, plenty of everything you need, lots of parking underneath and some outside. A good alternative to Chadstone when you want a bit of a shop.nLots more to explore with new shops opening. I don’t think I’ve ever been upstairs yet. There’s also a cinema there. Will head back again soon.
