I made an enquiry over the phone and was helped out in minutes. When I arrived to pick up my items an hour later Hannah was very helpful with the transaction and I was done and loaded in 20 minutes. Very satisfied with my experience.
The Lysaght team have been great over the past few years. With quick production turn-around, great customer experience, wealth of knowledge with what they supply to assure the best results.nnWell done
every time we happen to use Lysaght for a project that we are doing, I send an email to our rep Richard Barnes, he responds quickly to them, he's very friendly knowledge and professional, never gives us the round around, he's honest and will tell us if there will be a delay in receiving the items that we need. He will follow up and ask us how we went and if there was any problem with the installation. If by chance that items may be missing Richard will get in there and see if they were left behind in the warehouse. Items get delivered onsite really quickly.
WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!nnRegardless of how we got to a point of the wrong colour on the wrong side of my roof sheeting, the information is NOT transparent, not communicated about having the colour of your choice on only one side of your roof sheets and it certainly is NOT on your quote!!!nnI reached out for help and the utter rudeness of being dismissed and phone calls not returned, well I will give you a five star rating for that!nnTeam leader Leah, you might be a smooth talker in sales or whatever it is that you do but your bedside manner to the customer has a lot to be said about.nnCold, rude, no empathy, cuts you off when you try to speak.nnNo sincerity or even try to pretend an apology and outright blames the customer.nnAfter reaching out to another manager at another location, who I wish to remain nameless because she was at least nice and considerate over the phone but nonetheless promised me a phone call with a resolution the next day and still waiting, no phone call, no resolution despite me agreeing to meet half way to cover the cost.nnWhat a team of rude, ignorant people!!nnLacking in customer focus and only interested in pocketing your money.nnI can see why your employee reviews are also on the downside.nnIf the Lysaght team culture is anything like their customer service then steer very well clear!!!nnThank you for the $900 of roof sheeting that had to be put up with the colour the wrong way around. I am sure that I will enjoy telling many stories about it everytime my guests are at my home for a gathering.nnThis review has nothing to do with the product itself.nnJust make sure that if you are someone trying to have a go and entertaining a home improvement project yourself then ask every relevant question that you can.nnIf you are not an experienced builder or tradie like myself and it is not obvious that the colour you choose is only on one side of the roof sheet, you will receive no guidance or prompting to make sure that you select the colour on the correct side of your project.nnI understand that accidents or situations can happen at times but please help the customer when things go wrong.nnIn my situation, I was left high and dry and after reaching out multiple times for help not one person returned any of my calls! That is the sad part.nnAt least put the information on the quote that way the customer knows what they are agreeing to purchase!!!
