The Lyrebird Lounge is a small music salon/bar/pizza place situated on the beautiful Glen Eira Road in Ripponlea, Vic. It has the feel of a classic local, with space generous enough to host live music and intimate enough for conversation.The staff are really hospitable and always up for a chat which gives it an "old-school" feel. Only a short walk from the Ripponlea train station, this friendly little venue comes complete with great pizza and a leafy courtyard, making it perfect for after work drinks, a catch-up with friends or a chance to discover new music acts.

One of our favourite live music venues - although small about 50 indoors, reminiscent of many famous venues around the world, the atmosphere created by the live bands takes it to a whole other level. Along with the woodfired pizza oven, outdoor seated area and a great local crowd, this is a hidden gem well worth seeking out.

Always Love the Lyrebird

Great food, awesome beers! Intimate and cosy sitting area. The great part the place is their lawn sitting area, very relaxing, great for dates or to chill out. A must visit!

Cozy bar with friendly service. The wood fired pizzas are worth a try.

Nice place for a cheeky night cap ! Service is nice and the place feels like home.
