Very positive experience from start to finish. They took care of everything with no fuss. Excellent result exactly as I wanted. The team worked so well together in very trying circumstances. They dealt with over 40 degree heat to produce a great job and even managed to have a few laughs. It has made an incredible difference to my property. I would recommend them to anyone. .........forgot the most impressive part of my build. I knew of many cases of dogs injuring themselves by smashing into pergola posts. Craig was able to design my prgopla so there was no risk to my two dogs. A pet friendly pergola, who knew!!

From their sales person to the final product a great job. A concern was expressed just after the job started but a more than satisfactory resolution was achieved. And a great on-site crew, a credit to the company. I would highly recommend considering this company for your next building project.

We were looking to cover our exposed deck with a roof or awning of sorts, and found the Stratco range of products at our local store where they had their Stratco certified installer Luxford Building Services contact us to review our job and quote. The process from initial quote, to design review, building approval, optional fit outs (such as lighting, fans and heating) and construction was conducted in a professional and timely manner with good communication all along the way. On Luxford's recommendation we opted for the Cooldeck roofing system and have not regretted that decision and in the context of our project, was very cost effective when compared to the standard Outback option. The job ended up being more challenging to construct than first anticipated but Craig combined with his team of skilled installers were up for it and did it. The project was completed just last week and already we have found ourselves outside more than ever in both the warm sunny weather to the rainy days that Melbourne dishes up. Cant' thank the guys at Luxfords enough, from Noel who did the original survey and estimate, to Craig, Mark, Ben, Airlie and Nathan for a job well done. Highly recommend.

The tradesmen from Luxford Building Services who put up our veranda were excellent! They were totally professional, no mucking about, came in and got the job done in no time! We love our verandah, especially now that we have had it enclosed. It's given us another room!
