Not many parking spaces for visitors so it’s a bit of a hassle. Only a couple of disability spaces which are always full with No badges on displaynThe home itself is lovely and the nursing staff are lovely
Very friendly and caring staff, a really happy, lovely atmosphere and the rooms are bright and homely.nA very good and varied menu for all three main meals and most of the kitchen staff are more than willing to assist when necessary.nThe management staff are always very approachable and willing to listen and most times act on suggestions given to them by family or residents.nA highly recommended retirement village and nursing home for anybody looking for that situation.
Many staff can't speak basic English, or don't understand things that they're told painstakingly - & repeatedly. Senior staff attempt to be very controlling of all your activity, regardless of you're level of competence. I was wrongly accused of damaging a room, &, when I pointed out that this wasn't even possible, the staff member concerned just sat & stared at me. She couldn't admit fault. Not a good environment for those who have much intellect left.
One of the very best nursing homes in the state. Staff are very caring, friendly and helpful, have a good relationship with residents and their families, and provide excellent palliative care. Have coped extremely well this year with the adversity of Covid-19. Highly recommend.
The people here are not very nicer, i entered a room and asked the wamen on the bed where I could get a bite to eat around here, she just laid there and breathed heavily. made me very unconfortable. #notavibe
