Once again, I am extremely pleased with my experience at Lush. For the most part, I knew what I wanted. The young woman who assisted me was friendly and was able to answer my questions. She was very helpful. The shop was more spacious than any other of the Lush shops that I have visited. The only room for improvement is for members of staff not to constantly follow customers around all of the time. I concede that they want to help and I must also emphasise that the person who assisted me was keen to assist.
To start with I should’ve done this a week ago but i have to say I had one of the best experience while visiting this Branch in particular. The staff have always been amazing and knowledgeable in all things Lush. Thanks to the staff there especially Liza and September I was able to find the perfect bath bomb thats suitable for my sensitive skin. On a different occasion, the floor manager that was in charge at the time helped me when hand were going through a stage of frostbite. Their compassion and fast thinking was helpful and honestly I’m super grateful. Also a lovely thanks to all the other staff as I forgot to ask for names, but they are great and honestly deserve a pay raise for how well their customer service and retail skills are
Had a Brilliant experience in lush today. Was kindly greeted by september who was just so lovely and helpful and also honest. She knew exactly what she was talking about and I mentioned to her I loved the smell of a soap and as I was paying for the products I bought, she kindly gifted me a slice of the soap. September if your reading, you made me and my mums day! Thank you
My 9 year old daughter had a Lush birthday party here with 7 of her friends. They had such a good time - Benji, who was the party host, did a great job entertaining and they had a lot fun making products. Great value for money, such a nice shop team, I would recommend this to anyone, thank you!
Very busy in the lead up to Christmas, but staff are still managing to be attentive and helpful to all customers. I was given good recommendations for presents without feeling pressured. My only real issue is how overwhelming the experience of shopping here is; I wish they limited the number of people allowed in the shop at once.
Make sure you try all their products, they are big surprise especially this sticky dates shower gel That combination with Sandalwood is superb
Lush in Kingston is a great shop!! I went in there last week and had the pleasure of being served by Leo who I called the hair expert because she was so knowledgeable. Leo really inspired me to do a henna strand test and I was very happy with the results so I'm going to take the plunge and henna my hair with Lush henna! The henna strand test smelled so lovely and made my hair feel really soft so I'm looking forward to doing the whole of my hair. Thank you Leo, you're a star
I had my daughter's birthday party here and it was amazing. The activities were great and the cosmetics were lovely. It is amazing for all ages even I had a great time. The staff were extraordinary especially Lucy and Ollie.
We were assisted by September today in store who helped my daughter with her bathbomb questions and purchase. September was very patient and supportive. This really made a difference to my daughters day. We will definitely go back. Thankyou for taking the time September.
Great costumer experience and very attentive team. Great option for a gift or for yourself. The quality of product is excellent and the price even if more expensive than usual is worth a try for the quality of the item.
