this is my favorite lush store. I feel comfortable as the staff are not pushy and overwhelming like a few other lush's' I've been to. The staff are professional, informative, organized and provide exceptional assistance when needed.

The employees were super nice and helpful! Bought my first shampoo bar today and they helped me to choose the best one for my hair it's called Honey I Washed My Hair. They also let us try so many product samples.

Best experience ever. The customer service was great. Particularly I love Koh, a very lovely Lady at the customer service. She let me tries various cleanser, face mask, and moisturizer. I got many samples from several visits. They're just awesome!
