Keira was absolutely terrific. Greeted me with a smile although she had the longest line at any radiology place I have ever been to. She was friendly and welcoming, had a bit of a joke and was completely understanding of the situation. She dealt with a couple of rude people in incredibly professional and delightful way. Every practise needs a staff member like her.
Amazing experience for my dating scan today. I had Aaron as my sonographer. He was so bubbly and welcoming. Absolutely fantastic at making me feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve never had such a lovely experience during an ultrasound before. He’s great at his job. Also need to mention the lovely ladies at Reception, who also were very welcoming, nice and had smiles all round. You don’t get that very often these days. Will be going back to this location for future scans !
I visited Lumus Caboolture on the 21st January and have to say how impressed I was with the service received. From the receptionist, an office member and the sonographer along with a trainee conducting the ultrasound were fabulous, courteous and professional! Highly recommended!
Shocker I was there a couple of months ago and it was great. Today was terrible. I was told I had to que up again after my procedure to pay 8 people in the que and I was already stressed worring about results just wanted to get home.nYour system is not good and staff were unsure of their duties as one patient was left hanging at reception while she helped the other staff member no excuse me or apologies and the other lady and my self left thinking not coming back here not to mention how many people were complaining about filling in the same paper work again that they had done a week or so ago.nSorry if your not told how do you rectify the problem.
Very unprofessional. Went in for a CT SCAN with Contrast. As she was getting me ready with the tourniquet before putting the needle in, a coworker came in and she left the room for 5-7 with the tourniquet left on my arm, came back after a lot of pressure had built up in my arm and attempted to put the needle in. She couldn’t get it in but continued to stab my arm talking about how much she’s struggling to get in into my arm while I was clearly in a lot of pain - it took me to say something for her to stop and try the other arm which then she says “oh this arm doesn’t look as nice”. Before getting my second arm ready, she left the room again for her coworker. So unprofessional and uncomfortable. Left not being able to move my arm without being in intense pain, this is 24hrs later and the bruising is still getting worse every few hours. Horrible experience.
