I attended for 2 scans recently, and while there was a problem with my booking, I was able to have 1 scan that day as booked.nMeanwhile Parneetha was able to book me in the following day to have the other scan.nWhile not ideal, it saved me from requiring to have another GP referral completed.nShe went out of her way to solve the problem. I found her to be very pleasant and courteous, and considerate of my situation. She must be a valued staff member of your team and is to be congratulated. Thank you.
I called to make an appointment for my son. Natalie ask for the referral to be emailed. The referring dentist had not checked a box, Natalie contacted the dentist and had it fixed. If we had just turned up with the referral we would have been turned away because it wasn’t correct. Saving us a return visit. Thank you Natalie, your diligence should be commended.
I had to have Mammograms and Scan's yesterday at Lumus Caboolture , something that I was really dreading !nHowever because of the Lovely Ladies at reception and Beautiful Chelsea , the technician , the experience was Really Great !nWishing Chelsea All The Best On Her Special Day .

Dental X-ray went smoothly with friendly staff and walk in appointment. I only waited a few minutes. There’s lots of parking and cheesecake shop is just a few shops down
