Amazing experience for my dating scan today. I had Aaron as my sonographer. He was so bubbly and welcoming. Absolutely fantastic at making me feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve never had such a lovely experience during an ultrasound before. He’s great at his job. Also need to mention the lovely ladies at Reception, who also were very welcoming, nice and had smiles all round. You don’t get that very often these days. Will be going back to this location for future scans !
This 5 star review is for the sonographer who was on this morning. He was so understanding of my daughter’s ASD and explained everything so calmly and clearly for her to understand. He was patient when she was hesitant and very reassuring and respectful. His bedside manner is outstanding. Thank you for making my daughter’s first experience a success pleasant one.
I had a fantastic experience at my dating scan. My sonographer, Lochie, was wonderful - not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and happy to answer any questions. He made my family and me feel very comfortable and at ease, and the whole experience was genuinely enjoyable. If I lived in Queensland, I would absolutely return for future scans.
Been waiting for an appointment with my elderly mother for 40 minutes now. Her appointment was at 8.30am. I spoke to the receptionist, who was lovely, to see when Mum will be going in. The response was, we have located her and she won't be much longer? What does that mean? I do not mind delays, things happen, as long as we informed of this delay. For this reason it will 2 stars from me.
I had a CT performed by Jeremy last Friday, I was extremely impressed and surprised that he remembered me from a previous appointment. Jeremy was professional, polite, caring I was in a lot of pain, and no part of the process was too much trouble. My comfort was a priority. He is a testament to the quality of care that Lumus provides and hes always got a smile.nFrom first contact at reception, Lumus, in my experience, have always provided a great experience.
