My adult daughter recently underwent an internal pelvic ultrasound. Due to her medical history, she has had this type of scan many times before, with each scan typically lasting around 15 minutes. However, this time, the technician—a young woman with long hair and an Asian appearance—completed the scan in just 2 minutes! This raised concerns about whether the scan was thorough enough or if something important might have been missed, potentially impacting my daughter’s treatment.nnTo add to my concerns, her GP mentioned that reports from this facility are often too brief and may not be trustworthy. On top of that, the receptionist, also looked Asian, was quite rude, using an ordering tone to us, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
I don't feel good that I have to leave a review like this but I was extremely disappointed by the service we received by receptionists. My mum stood in front of one of the receptionists who was free, and made eye contact, which they promptly decided to ignor, letting her stand there for another 5 minutes. Finally when she was acknowledged, the lady spoke in the most rude and patronising tone - I would never expect an adult speak to another adult in the way she did.nThoroughly disappointed in the discrepancy in treatment that I observed of other customers while I was here and what my mother got.
Very smooth experience. All staff were very courteous. Though I had reached 15 minutes early, I was seen right away. Excellent experience overall.
