DISGUSTED Lumley insurance are a bunch of crooks doing anything in their power to avoid paying out for a claim, which their client had already admitted guilt. Am now having to take the person to court over it 6months after the accident. So instead of the useless criminal insurance company company paying out like they are supposed to, the person himself will have to pay out and also cover my lawyers fees. Lumley is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with and should be shut down

very poor. its about two months since claim and they have not come back to me even after repeated phone calls. Time to change..
