Just finished a call with their Receptionist and I'm absolutely shocked at how uninformed their Receptionist was. Out of 15 Wellington dentists I rung, "The Terrace Dental Practice" was the only Dental Receptionist that was unwilling to give me a estimated! price on a Gold Crown. Simply could of said, HI yes you could possibly! be looking at this much. Receptionist needs more customer service conversation training. Your reply is filled with arrogance Estimated price was all I asked for Estimated not accurate Estimated you failed and now this 1 star review reflects your service.
Joo is one of the best dentists I've ever had. Always makes me feel at ease and at home there and like she genuinely cares! The staff there are also incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
Wayne and the team were very friendly and welcoming- made me feel very relaxed. I loved the fact that Wayne took the time to explain what he was doing, he was very informative and I felt like I learnt a lot about the importance of flossing!! haha. Will be back in a year!
I absolutely hate the dentists like most people but this dental clinic has such a lovely team of people.i really enjoy the chats as they ease me into my treatments and never fail to follow up.Their dental plan offers are worth looking into as well. Thankyou for accommodating my big smile team !
Wayne was brilliant! I've learnt a lot from him. He explained a lot about the structure of the teeth and the gums and how things work together. It gave me a much better understanding on why looking after my teeth AND gums is so important.
Doctor joo leem and her assistant were absolutely awesome.. great professional treatment and a caring friendly bedside manner made this dental trip as good as a dental tip could possibly be
The cost was really reasonable, way less than what I would have expected for the level of care. I really appreciated the thorough check up and clear feedback.
