Just had first major work since teen braces 40+ years ago. Dr Rachel did a fantastic job, informed, gentle, repair and extraction with no post unpleasant aftermath. Phew and big thank you. Didn't hurt the wallet as much as I thought it would too.
very disappointed, went in with one of my friends today to just get a normal checkup before turning 18, the reception lady was quite literally the rudest person i have ever met, made my friend cry because of her attitude. was screaming to her face and being more than rude, she was then told ridiculous things like she can’t breath through her mouth otherwise it’ll make her teeth go bad, for all the parents out there if you are thinking about sending your child here alone don’t do it. they treat kids awfully and we know kids wouldn’t be treated this way if their parents were with them. shame on this reception ladyso upsetting that people have to act this way towards others
Wanted to share my experience at Lumino Dentists Waikanae. What a fantastic bunch of people. Dr Kim was great, explaining every bit of the process, & giving me options for treatment. I had a wisdom tooth extraction priced at a dental surgery in Raumati where I was quoted over $2000.00 for removal. Lumino Waikanae did it for $280.00!!! Thank You Lumino, you're the best :nnp.s First time I've walked out of a dentists office smiling lol
They haven't had a dental hygienist in almost a year. Thats really disappointing.
I don't know what is happening at Lumino Waikanae. The phones are going unanswered and messages are not being returned. I even went there in person to try and see someone but there was no one to talk to, although the door was open and there were the sounds of a single dentist at work. My previous visits were great with good service and reasonable prices, but something has changed for the worse. Update: staff back on deck and a return to service as normal
