The clinic looks nice and clean., but unfortunately I’ve had a bad experience with hygiene service. It’s not worth my money to spend. They’ve asked to do again in 2 weeks time. Sorry, never again.
I don't know what is happening at Lumino Waikanae. The phones are going unanswered and messages are not being returned. I even went there in person to try and see someone but there was no one to talk to, although the door was open and there were the sounds of a single dentist at work. My previous visits were great with good service and reasonable prices, but something has changed for the worse. Update: staff back on deck and a return to service as normal
Compared with dentists I've had in the past these peeps are top notch!
The first time I can honestly say that a visit to the dentist has been a pleasant experience. Delightful staff who delivered both empathy and professionalism.
