As I tend to undertake many reviews, primarily Google and Trip adviser I naturally run a critical eye over most commercial contacts. I can say without prejudice I was very impressed with all aspects of the Lumino experience. The service right from the beginning was very professional, courteous and friendly. This made one very relaxed, meeting my Dental professional for the first time. I watched as each patient was met by their respective dental professional, all smiles, some greetings were as if the Patient and the Dental professional were old friends. This was also my experience with Dr McAllister, what a great person, I am actually looking forward to my treatment schedule instead of the usual trepidation that one may have where dental work is concerned. We are fortunate to have such a complete Dental facility in Kerikeri, a one stop shop for all Dental challenges.

I had always been terrified of dentists since my dreadful dental nurse experiences in my childhood, but forced myself to go every year. Andrew and his amazing team at Lumino helped me relax and get me through my many procedures. I can't praise them highly enough !

Simon was great explaining the process to my grandson, 11yrs, and made him feel at ease. We came from a recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to further recommend people to come to Simon or Lumino, thank you.

Amazing  Dentist Loyd , we're on Holiday and had to get some urgent work done on my tooth. Brilliant service very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help me.
